I have had virus and flu like symptoms, maybe allergies as well, but eating starches, as one wants to when not well, never works out well for me. blood sugar is up and so is weight.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
