Yesterday I ate no bread and no chocolate squares. I did have some hazelnut and two tablespoons of cooking chocolate powder in sweetened cups of coffee. Still, It was no surprise that I weighed a pound less. 173.4!
78.7 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
