Wednesday, May 13, 2020 Wow, my scale isn't all that great, but I weighed 4 times. I didn't believe 171.4, but when 172 came up three times, I figured it was true. I read a book on keto, and got some tips yesterday. I have always preferred a high protein diet, even as a child, but high protein without cutting out starchy stuff and 3 servings of fresh fruit is not completely effective. Yesterday, No bread, only 20 calories of strawberries and I dropped 1.4 lbs overnight. Blood sugar this morning, 89. I Wasn't particularly hungry but quite thirsty as keto book promised. This morning I ate 1/12 of muffin because I had modified the recipe and I wanted to make sure it was okay. the change was to add oil and eggs, and I ate 1/2 teasp butter with it.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
