Now, last few kilos to be shredded.
Time to increase the carbs intake and come out of the rigorous low carb diet, to reach the target and sustain it thereafter.💪


55.6 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey,,were you on keto? How did you sustain eating so less?

No mine was not a keto. It's not a specific one. I used to consume roasted peanuts and that helped me to stay full for long.
