July 2 I have just been going through a hard time with eating too much salt and then two slices of bread! That could have been a four pound gain, but I am gradually easing back to my lower weight. 169 this morning. Digestion is always an issue when it comes to weight. I will do better tomorrow. Continuing to eat high protein and eat lightly.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
