Month of June lost 2.2 kg (76.6-74.3 could have lose 1 kg more but due to party missed 5 days)
At 1 am weight 76.1 P.C. about to start
74.3 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
