July 15, 2020 I finally weight 166 on one scale and 166.2 on the other. Losing a pound is not easy. I had bacon the other day. Even a little salt makes a difference when it wears off.
Blood sugar 126.
75.4 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
