An email asked me to weight in as Sedentary 3 but if I had that account, I've lost the password. I was 180 when I last weighed in there. I have apparently lost about 35 lbs on this account since January 2020. My doctor or says 2 lbs a month is a good rate. to lose 21 lbs should take me almost a year but it won't be that long, on the other hand, being healthy and not having saggy wrinkles after losing 33 lbs means whatever rate I am losing at, it's probably for the best..
