Its day 2 of being on this app. And I am loving this. I am just worried that it asks to consume more calories than I should so I am keeping my calorie intake lower, dunno if that is wise. I have done something which I think is a good exercise and that is why I am sharing (with who I don't know, since I don't have followers). Its that when I am doing my daily stuff like making the bed and sweeping the house I do it with an added cardio- a bit of jumping and running. I think it helps to shed a bit of extra calories. All the best everyone.

So, lets all of us keep enjoying this journey of making ourself better and fitter.
