Hey Manali. Your daily RDI for weight maintenance is approx 1600 calories, provided you have a sedentary lifestyle. But if you do exercise regularly it may increase. You could have 1200 daily calories and add some 20-30 minutes HIIT and some brisk walking, that could burn up to 300 calories. This would help you to lose around 2-3 kgs. I hope this helps👍🏻✌🏻

@kiran, no I am not on keto. Just regular homemade low oil meals with daily exercises.

Thank you for reply. My appetite is small.when i calculate i eat under 1000 calorie a day.eating healthy homemade food. Am doing regular exercise 1 hr in morning and 30 min walk(home) I lost 1 kg In 15 days

@pratik, I just follow calorie deficit diet, no junk food, no soda and avoid sugar most of the times. 3 homemade meals and any fruit in evening and a cup of low fat milk before bedtime.

Hey Megha. If you want to gain weight just be in a calorie excess diet with toning exercises so that , those extra calories don't get stored as fat but as muscles.
