This was a troubled week had to go to my village. I couldn't loose weight and thats really depressing. But lets just keep our hopes up.

Chest= 38.4 inches
Waist= 35 inches
Lower belly= 41.5 inches
Hips= 43.5 inches
Arm= 13.6 inches
Thigh= 25.5 inches
71.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
