My weight has gone down another pound, probably because I slept in and have stayed diet. Still, it's fun to put that low number in. It will bounce up to 162 once in a while, but myna goal is 159 by end of September.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
