My new measurements:-

Chest=37.8 inches
Waist= 33 inches
Lower belly= 39.8 inches
Hips= 42 inches
Thigh= 24.8 inches
Arm= 12 inches

I think this loss is quite considerable and healthy. But I really wish I had lost more. Why can it be so demoralising at times? And how to keep yourself motivated? If anyone has any tips, do tell. Cheers! Stay fit.
70.2 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
