I am myself amazed as to how I lost so much weight this week. The only good thing I added this week was drinking hot water early morning, initially I had jeera water for 4 days, then acv water for 2 days. And also had a cheat meal on last Monday. I feel cheat meals are necessary afterall!
Measurements:-
Chest=37.8 inches
Waist=32.5 inches
Lower belly= 39 inches
Hips= 42 inches
Arm=12.2 inches
Thigh= 24.5 inches

Keep rocking and keep believing in yourself. Dont give up. You will see wonders!
68.8 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
