I was ill for a while and it was a troubled week. Still, on track. The loss is healthy.

And yes yes yes, I am starting the chloe ting 2 weeks abs challange. Hoping to get results and be able to complete it.

My current measurements:-
Chest- 37.8 inches
Waist- 32.2 inches
lower belly- 38.8 inches
Hips- 42 inches
Arm- 12.2 inches
Thigh- 24.5 inches

Cheers to keeping more fit!
68.2 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am currently on Day 6. I also dont know if I will get results. But these exercises are really tiring me and I like the feeling. I think we should just try to get fitter. A specific body type should not be our goal. Be proud that you did it. Because you got fitter! Cheers. @Aarushikamra

And ya, I am doing the 2 week shred challange as per her program on her website, not just that one abs video.
