Lost another 1kg in 3 days...very happy✌✌
74 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 19 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

firstly I run 6 km a day and walk for half an hour after each meal and i take 700 to 800 calories a day.
