September 28 Sticking to a mostly petite sirloin and small amounts of fruit diet has really paid off. Finally got into smelling distance of 158, 158.8 this morning on scale. Blood sugar profited too, 116! I see that I started this surge of weight loss at 189, so I have lost 31 lbs. It sure has made a difference, able to tie shoes without becoming breathless, etc. 142 is goal so I have about 16.8 lbs to go!
