I am not losing weight. I took two rest days this week, but I was planning on completing the Emi Wong 4 week challange in 4 weeks only by skipping the rest day today. I think I am going to do that. But, I am really lacking the motivation. I don't know what is going wrong. I thought by the end of this month, I will be 64kg and within BMI but that doesnt seem plausible now. But as I always say, there is no point in giving up. Any tips, do give. Lets just keep going and keep expecting the best.

Hi Kiran. It's okay to not complete a challenge. But the best part is : self introspection. You know where you flunked, now get straight to "bounce back stronger" and get in the game. As I hv already explained on this forum that how athelete miss their goals but what makes them champs is the tendency to "bounce back stronger". So just get the ball rolling.

@Varun fit, Thank you. But, its not about the challange. I interchanged a few days and I think I will complete it in 28 days itself. Its about the reduction in the weight loss I achieved though I have been working on myself and my calorie intake is the lowest it can be at home around 1200 calories. I don't really know what to do next. And also, I am not a lover of working out. Though I have been working our since 4months, I never love it as much. I do it for myself. And it feels nice afterwards. But it really needs a fair bit of motivation which is lacking now.

@Varun Your comment means a lot. It motivates me not only in weight loss but mainly in my studies.

You are loosing weight, your body replaces the lost weight with water, after some time it will go. It's been researched.

You can go for 500 to 600 calories a day, it's help me to loose 3.4 kg in 10 days

@Vikrant.b, Going on such diets is not advisable as it is extremely unhealthy and you gain back all the weight you've lost. I did such a diet in which I only ate less than 500 calories a day and believe me after 5 days of following this diet I fell ill and I had 104 degree fever.... Phew! I would recommend to eat healthy and exercise Daily rather than eating so less....😊

@kiranmohanty, My mom nearly killed me when told her that I've been restricting my calorie intake and made me a lot of food and all of my resolutions went to hell 😂😂
