finally lost 10 kg in 3 months exact,with high protein high fat,low carb diet, can see my abs now😍,so time to gain in muscle mass now 😈
76.6 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
