November 3, 2020 weight 142, blood sugar 128. trying to avoid sweets and wheat, and counting calories. I thought my weighing 142 was from being dehydrated but it seems not.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
