@ayush.. 1st belive in urself that u can do it.. 🤘 Bfast: I drink only protein shake since last 1 month Dinner : Rice with some veg curry Dinner : 2 chapathi with some curry Snacks : Apples/Gauvas/Gooseberries/cucumber/2-3 Marie biscuits Exercise : I do walk&run for 45min 5 days per week. Daily drink 3-4l of water sip by sip. Result : 8 kg reduced in 1 month 🤙
