Well, the point is there is no point whining. I took one rest day but then there came 2 days where I couldn't workout despite wanting to. And It was Diwali. So, my diet plan was altered too. I really need to get back on track, so I am starting the Emi Wong Flat lower belly in 15 days challange, today. Wish me luck.

My measurements:-
Chest-36.5 inches
Waist-30.5 inches
Lower belly- 36.3 inches
Thickest part of thigh- 23.6 inches
