Yaaay! Lost again. I have been doing Emi Wong flat lower belly challange and also add one Lily Sabri exercise most of the days. Nice week. Gotta keep up the good work.


Measurements:-
Chest- 36 inches
Waist- 30.5 inches
Lower belly- 36 inches
Hips- 39 inches
Arm- 11 inches
Thigh (thickest part)- 23.5 inches

62.6 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
