Dear friends, Pl suggests me some ways to stop eating all the time and to fight cravings easily. I want to lose weight fast :)
42 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you should probably try drinking water whenever you crave or just wait because most cravings last only 15 minutes :) it works for me

Have some strong black coffee when you crave for food. But, see to it that you don't have coffee for about 6 to 8 hours before you go to bed. Means, if you usually go to bed by about 10 pm, then you should not have coffee after 2 - 3 - 4 pm, otherwise, caffeine would lead to insomnia.
