Another cool week with college. The loss is nice. I am a bit worried that my measurements are not coming down much.
Measurements:-
Chest-35.2 inches
Waist- 29.6 inches
Lower belly- 35.4 inches

Cheers! Lets stay on track and reach all goals.
60.1 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
