...Back after Christmas Break... happy my weight dint skyrocketed during the break...🥳🥳🥳
68 kg Lost so far: 14 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

yeah... thats true... and after two weeks of unrestricted eating, i think 1 kg gain is a good outcome, it could have been worse...🤣🤣🤣

yeah tru i gained 0.7 kg.. the way i ate chicken biriyani and went to kfc and ate a zinger meal box and cake and all i though i am gonna gain 2~3 kgs but that wasnt the case luckily and i am happy for u too
