Well, I have been ill and worked out only 2 days. But, I am fine now. And will be back on track. Didn't take my measurements this time. Surely, will next time.
59.8 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
