Really cool week. I have taken a bit more of cheat days but its fine. I will get back to being better. And I am gonna workout more consistently though maybe for less time (since, exam time).

Measurements:-
Chest-35.5 inches
Waist-29.5 inches
Lower belly-35 inches
Hips-39 inches
Arm- 11 inches
Thigh- 22 inches
59.5 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
