yaaay💃💃 few days back I was like 100gm increase.. but these are just up and down.. nd look I'm back to decrease 😋😋😍
53.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

make sure you are losing fat not muscle mass.

@adhiraj no I'm not loosing muscle but body fat only.. Been 1 and half month and lost only 2 kg plus just a inch reduction in arm and waist.
