Okay its been days. Things have gone bad and can get worse. I was kinda constant at 58.5kg. Suddenly, I saw this spike, might be water weight and would go away I would say. Time for some more calorie counting, cant guarantee on the workout part, but yes, surely 15 minutes a day. I will not be on severe restriction because I have done that so much and I dont want to. So, think 1400 calories it will be. Lets just hope I can knock those last few pounds off.
