lemon water on an empty stomach ll boost your immunity and clean your system.....black coffee on the other hand ll give you an extra edge of your workout by stimulating your mind and increased focus+muscle mind connection. U should have both at different time spaces....for example- have lemon water immediately after waking up....and have black coffee 20-30 minutes before your workout...

I wanna loose rest 8 kgs till june end. Any suggestions for diet?🤔🤔🤔
I am already on low calories than required on daily basis, not sure how to manage now 😒
Also i am on sitting job and due to covid its completely sitting job now 😄🤭
My workout time 2 to 3 hrs a day(aerobics gym,yoga) , evening walk(4KM) daily after dinner.
Rest what should I do to get my goal on time????

@My suggestion is Drink black coffee for pre workout... rest is your choice..and I m working out for more then 6 years..when I want to lift some crazy loads at gym I take black coffee

@Priyanka11134 zigzag diet is about changing every day intake calories. And you have one peak calory in week like for me based on my weight and goal weight 53kgs 5'4" tall is:
Day 1:800
Day 2:600
Day 3:400
Day 4:900
Day 5:800
Day 6:600
Day 7:400

Hi..priyanka.some people it gets gastritis.if you want to less your weight jus track on your daily calorie and stick to less calorie per day for eg like 1500 cal per day.

My calories intake is already less than 900 per day 😒
And already keeping track record of calories.
After 2 months it was yesterday when i took 1400 cal in a day and my weight got increased. So i had to do more excercise 🙄🙄🙄

Suggestion:- consume your meal 1:30 to 2 hours before your workout (strong hot black coffee shot will give you enough energy to boost your workout) take the shot 10-15mins before starting your workout. You will definitely feel the change. Good Luck👍🏻
