Hi All,
I have lost 8 kgs in last 2 months but post that my weight loss is stuck, not able to understand what should i do now. I am already following calories count and workout. Also I am in night shift , so it get hectic to follow normal routine.

Please suggest, what should I do to resume weight loss speed, As not seeing any difference after this much effort, now i am getting demotivated. And I don't want to go back to fatty schedule again 😒😒😒
57.9 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

खालील प्रमाणे 15 दिवस करून बघा, नक्की फरक होईल 1) साखर पूर्ण बंद करा. चहा/कॉफी मध्ये देखील घेऊ नका. 2) दिवसात 3 ते 4 लिटर फक्त गरम / कोमट पाणी प्या. 3) ब्रेकफास्ट करू नका. केवळ लंच व डिनर ( उशिरात उशीर संध्याकाळी 7.30) 4) बाकी दिवसा काहीही सटर फटर खाऊ नका. ताक, फळे चालतील.

Reduce 100 calories or burn 100 more calories while doing cardio.

Use salad in lunch and dinner. But take regular breakfast. Dont skip breakfast
