Hi All, I have lost 8 kgs in last 2 months but post that my weight loss is stuck, not able to understand what should i do now. I am already following calories count and workout. Also I am in night shift , so it get hectic to follow normal routine.
Please suggest, what should I do to resume weight loss speed, As not seeing any difference after this much effort, now i am getting demotivated. And I don't want to go back to fatty schedule again 😒😒😒
