You can surveillance you habits for one week, may one of reasons: 1- consume more than your daily calories 2-cheat meal 3-don't have appropriate work out 4-crumb eating 5-yo yo diet

record everything what you eat or what you're going to eat if it's a biscuits so record it too because some brands snacks have more cal but it couldn't satisfy our hunger so be smart while filling your stomach fill it with low cal food that may help you and you'll never get this more up and downs and one more thing always be motivated and follow your diet all the best for your journey 👍
