If you are on track (diet and workout) in weight lose journey up and down is quite Normal. Your fat burn and water traps between your muscle stripe. When you assume gain weight but after a while you lose weight suddenly and huge. Be healthy and keep going. But if you cheated (diet and workout), it's gain weight and manageable 👍🏽
