My daily routine
Morning 6 am -- hot water 2 class
6:30 to 7: 30 am -- brist ( fast ) Walking
7.30 am -- detox water ( cinnamon tea )
8.30 am -- healthy breakfast ( no oil, no fat itam )
11.30 -- one seasonable fruit
1 am -- lunch 1 chpati ; dal 1 bowl; bhaji 1 bowl ; salad kakdi, 🍅, beet, ( no oil, no faty itams )
6 PM -- cinnamon tea

6 days daily following the Diet @ intermittent fasting ( 18/6 window )
1day omed diet plan ( one meal of the day / 24hr me sirf 1 baar khana baki samay fasting )
Daily 1hr or 10k steps fast walking..

totally avoid & stop for 6month to 12 month : sugar,, tea with milk and sugar,, coffee with milk and sugar,, Bakery Adams,, Junk food,, rice,, high carbs food,,
aisa nahi k aaj party hai ghr me so thoda sa hi kha liya...nahi kuchh din ki hi baat hai ek baar apna Goal achieve krlo....then zske baad kabhi kabhi thoda sa kha sakte hai but agar strongly & strictly karoge to apna goal achieve krna bahut aasan hoga...best off luck 🙂👍

5it4me.. Bro please ask your doctor or nutrition doctor befr.... omed diet Omed diet har koi nahi kar sakta so please pahele apne doctor se puchhe 🙏.... baki intermittent fasting ap kar sakte hai to start first time so choose window 14/10
