Today is the day,I decided to commit myself to weight loss journey for 6 weeks...
And from today , I will avoid all carb, all sugar foods...
let's see how wonderful the transformation can get before December starts....

4 kgs in 2 weeks means about 2200 calorie deficit per day that can be attained by starvation diets or intense cardio sessions or a mixture of both. Don't set unrealistic goals for yourself. 4kgs in a month would be more of a realistic goal.

choose a diet which is sustainable through out... otherwise there will be a high chance to regain your weight...

I really don't think that u should totally cut off carbs and sugar because carbs are really very important for our body functioning so u better reduce intake instead of totally cut off..

Understand your body type & start with cutting down carbs dont stop completely you make end of with something

whatever you cut back will come back with a bang..focus on nourishing yourself..be active..lift weights or yourself..respect your fullness..eat when hungry...eat your favourite foods
