Once you are determined, no one can stop us. I will continue this great progress with all of your support and motivation.👍😀💪

not to let you down but always take numbers with a pinch of salt... if it's water ..u can gain it all back in a day....it u like numbers so much..more accurate would be to take an average of daily weigh ins every 7 days...but if it comes to me..o would track habits

Thank you Abhishek. I do understand that it could be water weight and I can gain it partially back.. But right now I enjoy numbers... It's a number game.... Yes, I will be looking at weekly loss as whole..... Thank you souch guys..☺️😀
