👀 I don't know why I am losing so slow..... but I don't trust my scale because it changes your weight in seconds.......
73 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

it's quite alright 😊. experts recommended maximum lose weight 4kg in 1month. slow loosing is so stable and good 😉💪🏽.

maybe its not your weighing scale,maybe you hvae already lost your water weight after that your weight will lose only in slow pace,intermittent fasting might help in that case and also be physically active

Divya, try banana diet for 10 days. You will find difference in loosing weight. Based on an individual profile, may loose 500gm to 900gm everyday. But the diet is recommended only for 10 days. I lost 4.8 kgs in 10 days without any side affects or affecting my work schedules.

Dear manage your calorie intake and expand called calorie deficient which means less you eat more you loss fat.

don't get caught up in the numbers and accuracy. as long as your weighing scale shows less than last week you are doing fine! i guess you'll plateau for a bit while your body adjusts and you'll be back soon. keep going! you're doing great! 👍🏻
