I'm not seeing any results even though I'm in a slight calorie deficit and working out regularly so I decided to do the intermittent fasting method where I fast for 8 hours a day which is not a big as I can fast for days continuously. I hope I lose atleast 200 grams the coming week!
58.1 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Increase it to 16 hrs after 8hr eating window. Atleast once in a weak. That will be a game changer. 2 meals a day for rest of the week.

@sha an Somebody else said that to me and I tried that. it was surprisingly easy, and I did not feel hungry at all. I decided to do that throughout the week except Sunday. It helped lose a lot of weight even though this is only the first week. Thank you so much for your tips!

You need highly nutritious food.

and if you try any kind of diet that has a name, your weight can bounce back later

Idk if this will help in anyway but I'd say just try to make sure if you're not underestimating your daily calorie intake. Coz I've been guilty of that a lot, in the past lol.

Sharon, macros don't matter as much as calories. Calorie deficit irrelevant of nutritional breakdown will result in weight loss.

Do less cardio and more resistance or weight training and follow a high protein and low carb diet
