Maybe it was stupid of me to weigh myself after my meals. Anyways I gained only like three hundred grams. I feeeel soo efin relieved
57.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
