Leaving out bread and sugar-high foods, eating low fat protein when possible, lots of vegetables and fruits, taking blood sugar meds, losing slowly but surely.
85.1 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
