refeed. increase calories for a certain amount of time so that your metabolism can get more on track. you could check youtube for more explanations on this.

@ns6500379 this is really common. It is weight lose plateau. You should give your body some rest and change. Stop working out for a atleast a week and change your diet pattern. When your body gets used to the same workout it stops giving you results, so after a week of rest do different types of workouts. And you will see results very fast.

@me987hak To loss weight, first you have to portion control. I always recommend not to do strict diets. Eat whatever you want but in small quantity ofcourse. And workout is must. Try different types of workouts, like cardio , HIIT, weight lifting , aerobics etc. Don't give up. Work hard 👍🏻💪🏻 if you ever need any help let me know 😊

@bharat bansode If you want to gain weight then increase your protein and carb intake. Do weight lifting. And when you want to gain weight people say eat more , it's totally wrong. Because you can't gain weight by eating oily foods or fast foods if you have high metabolism and it's not even a healthy option. So you have to choose the right foods which are high protein. And working out is musttt...
