try taking liquid food because it will give you high calories without making you full.

I've read other comments so I'll suggest something more idealistic, what I eat is I consume Muesli, you can eat it anytime and it's an easy way to get calories in, I consume about 70grams of muesli with 200 ml milk which gives about 420 calories and 15 gram protein, the one I prefer for taste is Yoga Bar Dark Chocolate but in a lot of stores you can find good offers on other brands muesli as well and try to have a fruit as well, I'd prefer mango as one contains over 120 calories

Vada pav for sure. One piece contains about 300 kcal. And epigamia milk 200ml contains about 156 kcal so 2 vada pavs let's say and one epigamia drink that's about 750 ish in one go hope that helps

Try to eat in portions, that way your gut won’t be stressed and you will achieve daily calories as well

Nuts, butter, ghee, fatty fish, two tablespoons of heavy cream is easily a 100 calories. Add that to your coffee instead of milk, cook your food in desi ghee, add a teaspoon more than usual. Snack on nuts and seeds instead of fruit

I am having similar predicament as I have recently lost 16 kgs and now unable to increase diet for muscle gain as I realized my digestive system had become sensitive/weaker after months of weight loss diet .. but 1 thing helping me is that if I am eating my comfort food then body is allowing it even in very high quantities.. you can also try the same even if that food is junk good Because once your system is habituated with high intake you would be able to switch to healthy food relatively easily
