Calories according to apki weight height aur age se pta chalega.. Haan ho jyegi but calories thode ache se track krna...... 10k step aur exercise apki weight lost journey ko boost krdegi like agr aap 2kg 1month me loose kete ho toh with exercise aap isse 20days me kr sakoge

hii i'm new in weight loss journey my current weight is 73 and i want to lose 10kg faster could you suggest some excercise and diet as well like how to add more protien naturally and eat less carbs and fats

Can i know ur height and age? For protein u can go with eggs chicken paneer soya chunks lentils So for cutting you should consume 300 400 less calories from yoUR MAINTENANCE CALORIES AND ID U ADD UP SOME CARDIO LIKE RUNNING SKIPPING BURPEES KNEE JUMP SIDE JUMP ANY THING WHICH U LIKE IT CAN BE DANCE ALSO ,WILL SPPED UP UR PROGRESS...

Indian foods are full with carbs so as u are not competing or having any professional competition try to be only in calorie deficit with good amount of protein ,vitamin and mineral. As carbs and fats are sufficiently present in indian diet.
