lost 0.5 kg in 2 days by doing intermittent fasting with healthy food and some 15 min exercise a day.
I gained 6 kgs recently cz i was in rest due to accident . I was 67 kgs in august 2022 and now I am 74 kgs by january 2023.need to lose weight asap.Finally started doing some exercises and diet.both together could work miracles.As i could see i lost 0.5 kg in two days by good diet and doing some physical activity for 15 min a day. maintaining consistent efforts could bring results.Hope to achieve my ideal weight and ideal and healthy body sooooonnn.....
73.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wish you all the very best on your fitness journey!! Just so that you know, your fat and carbs intake is on a higher side and protein is less. You must consume 56 grams of protein daily. Avoid kellogg's corn flakes, Hazelnut spread, chips, onion rings, and Choco rolls. Instead can have roasted homemade makhana in one teaspoon ghee or cheese slice with one brown bread, hummus with carrot/cucumber sticks. Hope it helps you on your journey.

How much calories you're taking in a day and what type of intermittent fasting are you doing? 
Dear sister, 0.5 kg in two days was water weight loss, not body fat. If you can burn 500 calorie per day with exercise & 500 calorie per day from eating less and healthy, you will lose 2 lb per week. Besides that, it is either very very unhealthy or water weight loss. Cycling about 1 hour per day can burn 500 calorie and you can easily lose 500 calorie from food by avoiding sugary food and reducing just a little bit of rice (or whatever carb you eat). i think! one can't judge weight loss after 24 hrs... there are multiple reasons why 0.5kg loss in a day is not reliable... not by any means to demotivate... but weight a week later is credible... i cna tell because ive lost around 14/15kgs in a month... rn on 120 beginning from 134/135. the reasons im giving two figures here is a margin for error. keep up the good work ♥
