I got the idea that not eating flour products would produce an automatic weight loss, and it did until I begin to fill the gap with greasy foods and candy!! Back on the program!

Lol! Yea, I know I can't live the rest of my life without bread and spaghetti. I've just learned to moderate it. I try to focus more on lean protein, fruits and vegetables.
