Alrighttt, so boards are over and right now I'm trying out the 2019 two week shred challenge by Chloe ting. I've already done the 2020 one. I'm going to eat more veggies and focus on getting my metabolism high and just try and be in a good positive mood overall. Wish me luck! ;)
56 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Chloe Ting will teach you you walk so Pamela Reif can teach you to fly. I have been doing Pamela Reif workouts for 4 months and I highly recommend her

@ellamye I did Pamela reif at the beginning of my journey and i found it a bit difficult and that's why I switched to Chloe ting. I plan on doing her workouts as well after finishing min 4 Chloe ting challenges!
