had heavy dinner yesterday rasam, rice and phalli

had nothing till now other than coffee in morning, will have only 1 cup rasam shortly.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
