I only had cup of rasam, 2 mango slices, fruit bowl, cabbage 1 serving, tea and coffee.
As per calories calculation I should be 77.8kg today :-(
@ 2PM =78.8
Had nothing till now except water
78.8 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
