@9:30PM=75.8KG (Not sure why it increased, I had 600 cal in afternoon and 200 ml of coffee with no sugar in evening)
75.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

always measure with an empty stomach, your weight will always increase after you eat and also the water weight
